Phyllis Capozzi is a native Jersey Shore girl who grew up and currently lives in Toms River with her husband, their two beautiful children, and five pets. Prior to becoming a realtor associate, Phyllis graduated from Stockton State University with a degree in business and marketing and worked 5 years in NYC in the bond market and another 15 years in North Jersey for a Fortune 500 Company in account management and pricing. She found the transition from Corporate America to Real Estate rather easy due to her strong communication, active listening, relationship building, and problem solving skills used in both worlds.
